Having a ball

Kingsford events once again worked with a local charity to manage and deliver their annual fund raiser ball.

At an early stage we were engaged to assist in the tender and procurement of a new security contractor.

Safety Management was carried out by us, compiling the event safety plan along with ensuring that all contractor paperwork was audited, staff briefings produced as well as monitoring that control measures were implemented on-site.

We also provided and installed a CCTV system to help the control room team monitor the event and deploy relevant resources more efficiently, venue theming along with directional signage.
